2. The WHAT

This section captures our company goals and our road map to achieve long-term success.

3. The HOW

Our operating model and platform explain how different parts of the business work together. This is the way we organize for achieving our goals collaboratively.

4. The WHO

The foundation of the pyramid is YOU, our people – WHO we are, what we stand for and our shared commitment to our purpose and to one another.
